Located on Rt 522 about 4 miles south of downtown Berkeley Springs, and 8 miles north of the Virginia state line, on the west side of the road.
From the north, we're one mile south of the Tractor Supply store. Watch for the VFW and Bob’s Tire Service on the right; we are the second house on the right after Bob’s Tire. If you get to the Bowling Alley on the left, you’ve missed it. There's a street sign that says "Diamond Way" where you should turn.
From the south, watch for the Bowlerama on the right, a large red, white and blue building. We are about a quarter mile past the bowling alley, on the left, so slow down and prepare to turn. You’ll see the white mailbox before you get here, and before you see our sign. There's a street sign that says "Diamond Way" where you should turn.

Rt 522 hosts a plethora of vehicles and often the 55 mph speed limit is exceeded.
